The Financial Assistance Program is a way for generous Canadians to ensure that military families receive help during times of money-worries caused by illnesses, life-changing injuries, serious medical conditions and relocations due to military service.
The Financial Assistance Program provides grants and loans to help families facing a range of extraordinary financial burdens including travel for medical treatments, retrofitting homes for mobility enhancements, acquiring assistive and communication technologies and receiving specialized support, training and education for military spouses.
It ensures that members, their spouses and children can focus on their well-being, recovery and care without the added stress and pressures caused by unanticipated financial hurdles.
